The kit adopts a premix of TIANGEN novel reverse transcriptase (King RTase), novel antibody modified hot start Taq DNA polymerase,  RNase Inhibitor, and best fit reaction system, ensuring stronger RNA affinity and thermal stability, and higher amplification efficiency and specificity.
