This product is a special reagent for realtime PCR using SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence. 2×RealUniversal Mix is premixed with all components required for Real Time PCR reaction such as polymerase, dNTP and SYBR Green I with the optimum concentration, and blue indicator is additionally added. Yellow sample diluent is provided in the kit, which is favorable for diluting and adding a large number of samples and reduces the probability of operation errors. The product adopts high-efficiency chemically modified Hot-Start Taq DNA polymerase and carefully optimized buffer system. With the characteristics of high amplification efficiency, high amplification specificity and wide credible range, it has good adaptability and accurate quantitative results for target genes with different abundance from different sources.
